AndAction 品牌於 2018 年正式成立，在此之前，核心經營團隊自 2012-13 年開始，便深耕個人發展領域多年
隨著世代推移發展，不斷提供最符合時下生涯/職涯發展 的專業服務，從求職教育網站、課程，到現在教練式的生涯探索的引導，建立運作線上線下互助社群，至今影響了超過十萬名客戶。

於此同時，我們更持續聚集了數百名願意互助、樂於分享的核心夥伴，建立連結、共享資源、分享自身熱情並創造有意義的合作專案。
藉由人與人之間真誠、善良的互動，我們希望創造不受社會框架拘束、充滿啟發性的互助環境，讓每個人都有機會活出自己想要的樣子。
